This week we've been reading books from different countries. We've also been sharing our opinions about the ideas in these books, as well as agreeing and disagreeing with each other. Think about what it would be like to be Ruby growing up in China. What is your opinion about Ruby's predicament and the customs of China? And how would you feel if those customs existed in the United States?

ReplyDeleteI feel ok with the story Rubys Wish because I agree with ruby about her poem that she wrote
about how the boys were getting more care than the girls. Ruby is right because the boys were
getting more care. I like how the author wrote a story based on her grand mother.

instead of getting married. I think it was because Ruby wants to get a good scolar ship
and be smarter than the other girls so she can
marrie a smart man.
